About the job:
Foresight EMG is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented event management associate to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with vendors, participants, and senior team members to ensure seamless event execution. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for event management, we'd love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with vendors, participants, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.

2. Manage event logistics and ensure all arrangements are in place as per the plan.

3. Assist in maintaining timelines and ensuring all event deliverables are met.

4. Handle communication via calls, emails, and meetings to ensure clarity in event planning.

5. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office and Google Workspace.

6. Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and provide quick solutions to ensure a successful event.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

2. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

3. Ability to handle calls professionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

4. Good organizational and multitasking skills.

5. Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
