Monthly Event Agenda: "Empowering Sustainable Urban Infrastructure through Web3 and Blockchain"

Duration: Minimum 6 months (Weekly One Day Office and Rest Stay Engaged in Hybrid Mode/From Anywhere)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Objective:

Learn, Practice, Build Skills and Exposure while assisting in planning and managing events, conferences, and workshops focused on promoting the adoption of Web3 and blockchain technologies for sustainable urban infrastructure development. Help facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation among stakeholders to achieve inclusive and resilient cities. This is a non remunerative unemployment nature of internship and candidates will be responsible to invest in their learning and innovation journey at professional will.

Learning Level Practices and Responsibilities:

- Research and identify global best practices, case studies, and expert speakers

- Coordinate logistics, venue selection, and catering

- Design event marketing materials, social media campaigns, and email invitations

- Manage event registration, attendee communication, and feedback collection

- Collaborate with speakers, panelists, and sponsors

- Assist in drafting event reports, summaries, and follow-up materials

Fundamental Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Urban Planning, or related fields

- Strong interest in Web3, blockchain, and sustainable urban development

- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and event management software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in event planning, management, or coordination

- Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technologies

- Familiarity with urban planning, sustainability, and governance

- Strong network and connections in the industry
