Job Title: Event Management Intern
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and transportation.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote events.
• Handle event registration and attendee communication.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and reports.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event management software is a plus.
