Event Management Internship

About the internship:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and passionate wedding event manager to oversee all aspects of our clients' wedding celebrations in Jaipur and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional planning and execution skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create unforgettable experiences. You will be responsible for managing all logistical, creative, and operational elements of the wedding, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for the couple and their guests.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and staff.

2. Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.

3. Act as the primary point of contact for all wedding-related inquiries.

4. Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, including caterers, decorators, florists, photographers, videographers, musicians, and transportation providers.

5. Coordinate vendor setup and breakdown.

6. Ensure vendor compliance with contracts and quality standards.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /month
