Event Management Internship in

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Work on helping the event coordinators to execute the event successfully
• Work closely with the senior members who will coordinate the campaign, and evaluate and measure the performance
• Brainstorming and implementing the event plans and concepts
• Designing day-to-day event schedule & execution
• Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
• Managing vendors & procuring materials for event execution
• Working on cold calling
• Gain exposure to event planning by assisting in the logistical coordination and execution of events.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall event experience for children and families.
