Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and schedules using MS-Excel.
• Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels.
• Provide administrative support to the event management team.
• Conduct research and gather information for event planning purposes.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
