Role Description
Orange Events Pvt Ltd is looking for a full-time on-site Client Services Account Manager to join their team in New Delhi. In this role, the Client Services Account Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of client accounts and maintaining client relationships. The Client Services Account Manager will also provide effective communication to clients, understand their needs and manage their expectations, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
Qualifications
• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
• Sales skills to negotiate contracts and manage budgets effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of event production and management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Event management: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the upcoming conference, including coordinating with attendees.
• Communication: Handle communications with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional correspondence via email and other channels.
• Content creation: Draft and edit content for event-related materials such as invitations, promotional content, and post-event summaries.
• On-site coordination: Provide on-site support during the event, ensuring smooth execution and handling any logistical issues that arise.
• Follow-up: Assist in post-event follow-up, including sending thank-you emails and gathering feedback from attendees.
• Reporting: Compile and present regular updates to the team on the progress of event preparations and execution.
• Miscellaneous: Handle any additional tasks related to event management as assigned.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents related to the event, including schedules, agendas, and contact lists, using MS Office tools.
