Job description
As an Event Management Intern, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for event planning. With your proficiency in Canva, English, and MS-Excel, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the event management team to brainstorm, plan and execute various social events.
• Assist in the design and creation of captivating event collaterals using Canva, ensuring a cohesive brand image throughout.
• Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget tracking using MS-Excel.
• Conduct research on event trends, venues, and suppliers, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance event experiences.
• Support in coordinating event marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content updates.
• Assist in on-site event coordination, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and exceptional customer service.
• Provide post-event analysis, gathering feedback and data to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
