Role Overview

We are seeking motivated interns to assist with the Urban Air Mobility Expo 2025, held alongside the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. This event, organized with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), will require close coordination with CII and international delegates. Interns will be based at CII's Udyog Vihar (Gurgaon) or Delhi office.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Internal Coordination: Assist with event planning and internal communication with CII and stakeholders.
• International Liaison: Facilitate communication with the international delegation.
• Task Management: Track progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Logistical Support: Provide operational assistance for smooth event execution.

About The Event
The Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, from 17 - 22 January 2025, will be held at BHARAT MANDAPAM, YASHOBHOOMI, DWARKA, and INDIA EXPO CENTRE & MART, GREATER NOIDA. The expo will feature innovations in mobility solutions, including automobiles, e-mobility, and advanced air mobility. It will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and is expected to attract over 500,000 professionals.
