Working closely with the team, you will assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, marketing, and on-site management. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, workshops, and conferences
Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management
Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content, schedules, and promotional materials
Handle attendee registrations, queries, and provide on-ground support during events
Manage event-related social media activities and marketing campaigns
Research and recommend innovative ideas for enhancing event experiences
Maintain event documentation, reports, and post-event analysis
