About the Role
The Event Management Lead will lead the planning and execution of various types of events, ensuring objectives are achieved within set timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful events
Collaborate on event concept development, budgeting, logistics, and execution
Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and risk assessment
Develop and maintain production knowledge of materials and technicals used in events
Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Utilize project management tools and Microsoft Office for efficiency
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in event production management
Proven expertise in budget management, logistics, contract negotiations, vendor management, and risk management
Strong understanding of production materials and technicals commonly used in events
Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
