As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, including corporate conferences, product launches, and social gatherings. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a focus on corporate events • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Proficient in event management software and MS Office Suite • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and strong attention to detail Roles And Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, ensuring all aspects are well-organized and delivered on time • Manage event budgets, including vendor negotiations, cost tracking, and financial reporting • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs • Source and manage event vendors, including caterers, decorators, audiovisual suppliers, and other event-related services • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and equipment setup • Oversee event operations, including registration, crowd management, and on-site problem-solving • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract attendees and ensure successful event participation • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align event strategies with overall business objectives • Evaluate event success metrics and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement
