Event Manager

We are seeking an experienced Male Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of a high-profile event for our esteemed client in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop event concepts, themes, and formats to align with client objectives

Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts

Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Plan and manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, décor, and audiovisual requirements

Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement

Manage event registration, RSVPs, and attendee communication

Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality delivery

Evaluate event success, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future improvements
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the real estate industry

Proven track record of delivering successful events with high client satisfaction

Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong network of vendors and suppliers in the event industry
