Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events & Brand Promotions for high-profile clients.
• Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and budgeting.
• Ensure seamless execution of events, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver events that exceed their expectations.
• Travel across India and internationally to oversee events and ensure their success.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:
• Must have event agency background
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in event management, preferably working with similar high-profile clients.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale events & Brand Promotions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international trips at least twice a year.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include creativity, negotiation skills, budget management, knowledge of AV equipment, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
