Event manager

Objective
Plan and execute high-impact events that drive engagement, learning, and networking for members and their families. Ensure seamless event logistics, from ideation to execution, while maintaining exceptional quality and adherence to budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Event Planning & Execution: Organize a wide range of events, including speaker sessions, social gatherings, leadership retreats, and conferences. Manage logistics, venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
✅ Budgeting & Vendor Management: Develop event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and track expenses. Ensure timely procurement of necessary licenses and permissions.
✅ Member Engagement & Experience: Build strong relationships with members and their families, enhancing participation through well-curated engagement calendars and streamlined onboarding processes.
✅ Post-Event Analysis & Improvement: Collect member feedback, maintain procedural documentation, and implement improvements for future events.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in event planning, preferably in leadership or coordinator roles within corporate or membership-driven organizations.
• Strong project management, negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging high-level members and stakeholders.
