Event Manager |Work from Home

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event management and logistics, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and flawless execution of events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of event operations, including planning, coordination, budgeting, vendor management, staff supervision, risk management, and post-event evaluation.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, equipment rental, transportation, and catering.
• Develop and manage budgets for events, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within budget constraints.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and suppliers, and maintain good relationships.
• Oversee and manage staff involved in event execution, including event coordinators, technicians, and other support staff.
• Identify potential risks associated with events and implement measures to mitigate those risks.
• Communicate with clients, event attendees, and other stakeholders, respond to queries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, identify areas for improvement, and prepare reports for management.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a similar role in an advertising and marketing agency.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively underpressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and event management software.
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when required
