This position is responsible for coordinating and improving the branding and events under the supervision of Lead - Events and other stakeholders, coordinating minute details to execute the event and establishing thought leadership. Although located in Noida, the role has a regional span across India (This might include some traveling).
Operations, Budgeting & Logistics:
o Complete operational support to the team, right from providing logistics to costs,
negotiation etc so as to ensure that they achieve their targets. ∙ Ensuring that
correct vendors (Fabrication, Printing, Venues, etc) are chosen for each of the jobs
undertaken at the best possible cost.
o Creating an efficient database of regional and local Venues and Vendors to optimize
the cost, which will include travel to local hubs for sourcing ∙ Collaborate with event
venues and vendors to manage event delivery ∙ Lead negotiation with vendors to
secure service contracts within the event budget.
o Ensure events follow local security, Workplace Safety and Health regulations. ∙
Manage escalated on-site issues & security threats, if any, during events. ∙ Manage
takeover and handover of venues.
Ownership:
o Lead a team of 10-12 people and drive delegate (SMB & D2C) acquisition.
o Complete ownership of all events/activations - taking personal responsibility for
flawless delivery as per global standards
o Ensuring that all systems and processes are followed and creating / suggesting /
implementing best practices which constantly upgrade our operational capabilities.
o Ensuring that the correct resources are allocated to each project, putting in the
right checks and balances to ensure that desired results.
o Ensuring that quality achieved from the projects team executes is world class in
every aspect and is appreciated by attendees.
Leadership Skills:
o To be able to guide, motivate and train team to independently handle operations
and ensure that team grows to be self sufficient.
Basic Skills / Qualifications:
o Minimum 1+ years of experience working at a Corporate set-up or relevant experience for
working in a corporate engagement, events, marketing & program management.
o Experience in managing vendors.
o Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
o Proficient & comfortable in Public speaking skills.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
Working knowledge of Creative software like Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus
The ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
