We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Operations Manager to join our team. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, managing operations to ensure smooth event delivery, providing excellent customer service, handling client and vendor communication, and overseeing budgeting for events.

The role requires a proactive approach to manage logistics and ensure the successful delivery of events. You will work closely with clients and vendors to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution
• Manage operations to ensure smooth event delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client and vendor communication
• Oversee budgeting for events
Requirements
• 6 years of experience in event management
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management
• Operations Management skills and experience
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Event Planning and Coordination skills
• Budgeting and Financial Management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful events and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Event Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
