Event Operations Lead

Responsibilities
Reports To: Events Operations Manager
• The Operations Event Lead will manage the Operations Assistant by coordinating the logistical and functional activities for marriage proposals.
• This includes distribution of event-related information to all event staff while managing the client
• Have an understanding of event design to execute decor set-up
• Onsite for events, as assigned, while demonstrating continuous efforts to exceed guest expectations
• Enforce company standards and track maintenance issues for events and problem-solve in real-time for premium guest experience
• Maintain accurate records and log event service reports
• Other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
• Able to lift, slide, and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Able to stand for an extended period (3hrs)
Qualifications
• Must be flexible with working weekends, and holidays including in an outdoor rooftop or park environment
• Must have a driver's license and be willing to drive company vehicles
• 1-2+ years of experience in operations and event planning
