(Eligibility Requirements):
Must be a current post-secondary student (college or university)
Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
Assist in coordinating event logistics and details
Help with venue selection and vendor communications
Prepare event documentation and promotional materials
Manage participant registration processes
Coordinate basic event setup and equipment needs
Work with vendors to participate in Vaughan Latin Festival
Help create event timelines and schedules
Participate in client meetings and gather event requirements
Provide administrative support during event planning stages
Troubleshoot minor issues during event preparation
Maintain event-related databases and contact lists
Join team meetings online
Other duties as required
35 hrs
$17.20 per hour
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 weeks
Pay: $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

Monday to Friday
