Do you have event planning experience and have you coordinated large scale regional events and conferences? Have you managed the full event project from start to finish? Apply today!
• $35 per hour
• Long-term Contract
• Kansas City, MO
• Hybrid schedule

Job duties:
• Plan and arrange customer events and conferences
• Attend conferences that have been planned
• Manage timeline/deadlines in overall event planning
• Secure event site selection, catering, parking, hotel blocks, and asset delivery
• Manage and order giveaways for shows
• Track budgets associated with events

Background:
• Event and Conference planning experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Responsibilities to manage and budget events
