Event Planning Manager

As an Events Logistics Coordinator at YGR Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional events. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, and executing events to the highest standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Billing & Accounting: Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistical elements of events, including venue setup, transportation, and technical equipment.
Event Execution: Oversee event execution, ensuring timely completion and meeting project requirements.
You will be required to have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
