We are seeking a dedicated Event Sales Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience in event sales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years.

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach within the event industry.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and quotes in response to client inquiries, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, staffing, and scheduling.

- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with sales team members, event coordinators, and other stakeholders to align goals, share best practices, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• *Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the events industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
