About Us:

Wedding Mart by Gaurav is a premium wedding fashion and lifestyle brand in Jalandhar, offering designer wear, event solutions, and curated wedding experiences. We're looking to expand our team with an energetic Event Sales Manager who can drive client acquisition and manage wedding-related sales leads effectively.

Role Overview:

The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities related to wedding planning, fashion consultations, and event tie-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, local networking ability, and a passion for the wedding/events industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert leads for wedding/event clients through field visits, networking, and referrals
• Build strong relationships with event planners, vendors, and high-end clients
• Promote Wedding Mart's offerings to potential customers, including wedding outfits, packages, and event-related services
• Attend wedding exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with in-house team for smooth execution of client requirements
• Maintain client database and sales pipeline reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Event Management preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in event sales, wedding planning, or retail sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong local network in Jalandhar and surrounding areas
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Own vehicle preferred
