About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Executive to execute conferences, seminars, and events, ensuring all logistics requirements align with event plans. The ideal candidate will manage event plans and collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational planning with senior management for corporate events
• Vendor management and coordination
• Hotel booking and arrangements
• Event execution and delivery
• Negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors
• Frequent travel to different cities and locations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the event industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation skills
