Job Description

As a Senior Manager for Events, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing and executing high-stakes events for Teach For India. The role involves conceptualizing and delivering inspiring and impactful events for diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Communications and Marketing Director and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events across seven locations in India.

You will work closely with vendors, teams, and venues to ensure seamless event delivery. Your multitasking skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people will be essential in managing various aspects of event execution, from theatrical productions to funding events and book launches.

This is an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and take ownership of all internal and external events for the organization. If you are a dedicated and organized individual with expertise in vendor management, show-running, and event execution, this role may be suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage people, teams, venues, and vendors across multiple locations in India.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events that inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Work closely with vendors, teams, and venues to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Take ownership of all internal and external events for the organization.
