Temple Tree Leisure has hosted over a thousand events and we are looking for an energetic team member to handle the operations, maintenance, and bookings for our venue.
In this role, you will be required to assist the Venue Manager in securing bookings, liaise with event managers and clients, and coordinate the logistics of events. Other roles include:
Responsibilities
• Liaising with event management vendors and supervising their requirements and logistics.
• Promoting the location and events through a variety of marketing channels such as social media.
• Supervising the operations of events and tending to any incidents or queries.
• Communicating and enforcing all security regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in events management, hospitality, or similar preferred.
• Has undergone Internship as a venue, catering or event coordinator
• Knowledge of marketing channels and techniques.
• Great interpersonal and communication abilities.
