Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute Osmos-hosted in-person events for retailers, publishers, and brands, ensuring seamless attendee experiences.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies for online events to engage and grow our audience.
• Strategically position Osmos in key external events:
• Identify strategically important events
• Secure speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities.
• Coordinate booth set-up and branding efforts.
• Plan and host targeted meet-ups with decision-makers.
• Market events hosted by Osmos and highlight Osmos’ presence at external events:
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
• Develop pre-event and post-event communication strategies to amplify reach.
• Create engaging collateral, including event landing pages, invites, and promotional assets.
• Deliver high-quality event experiences across North America, Europe, Africa, and APAC, leveraging creativity and operational excellence.
• Design and implement data-driven frameworks to maximize lead generation and measure event impact, including:
• Tracking key metrics such as attendee engagement, lead quality, and ROI.
• Providing detailed post-event reports with actionable insights.



Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in event management or brand experiences in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in planning and executing global events (both in-person and virtual).
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects across diverse regions.
• Results-driven with experience in lead generation strategies.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
