Love the buzz of events and the feel-good power of community? We’re on the hunt for an energetic, can-do Events and Community Support Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Events and Community Partnerships Manager, this brand-new role is your chance to jump into the action and be the engine that helps keep our events running smoothly and our partnerships strong.
Whether it’s coordinating logistics behind the scenes or rolling up your sleeves during major activations, no two days will be the same—and that’s just how you like it.
You’ll be:
Keeping the wheels turning with top-notch admin and logistical support
Helping plan and deliver exciting events and community activations
Working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
Managing all the little details that make a big difference—from timelines to budgets
Jumping in on the ground during peak periods to help make the magic happen
Supporting the team by juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat
About You
You’re a jack-of-all-trades who thrives on variety and can stay cool when things get hectic. Whether it’s prepping event kits, juggling schedules, or handling last-minute changes, you’re all over it—and you do it with a smile.
You’ll bring:
A few years’ experience in events, admin, partnerships, or similar busy roles
Strong time management skills—you know how to prioritise when everything’s urgent
A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Great communication skills and the confidence to work with all kinds of people
A love of teamwork and a knack for keeping things organised (even when chaos hits)
Energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for creating awesome community experiences
