Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in the planning and coordination of various virtual and potentially in-person events.
• Support the development of event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Conduct research on venues, vendors, and event-related services.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of event invitations and marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support, including managing registrations and tracking RSVPs.
• Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the technical setup and execution of virtual events.
• Support post-event follow-up and feedback gathering.
• Contribute to the development of innovative event formats.
• Perform other event-related duties as assigned.
