Events Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, workshops, and speaking engagements for a personal brand in the sustainability space. This role is perfect for someone passionate about environmental impact and eager to gain hands-on experience in event management and community building.

Responsibilities :

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events (talks, workshops, panels, retreats, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, invitations, RSVPs, venue research, and vendor coordination

•⁠ ⁠Manage event-related communications including emailers, reminders, and follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Help design and prepare event materials (presentations, handouts, signage, feedback forms)

•⁠ ⁠Provide on-ground or online support during events (tech check, guest coordination, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Maintain post-event reports, documentation, and feedback analysis

•⁠ ⁠Research opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, or participation in sustainability-related events

Skills & Requirements :
• Highly organised and with a sharp eye for detail.
• A skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Strong and diplomatic communication skills – the successful candidate will work with stakeholders across several departments.
• Excellent organisational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
• Good with google sheets and PPTs, Canva & Decor.
• Event Planning and Event Marketing skills.

Internship Tenure: 3 to 6 Months

Job Location : Mumbai/Hybrid

Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 1 year internship experience is a plus.
