Role Overview:
As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating a wide range of high-profile events, from ******** gatherings to grand galas. You will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring each event reflects the excellence and luxury synonymous.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of events, including corporate functions, private parties, weddings, and more.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and their expectations are exceeded.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and audiovisual technicians, to ensure seamless event execution.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor event staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and on-site management, to ensure smooth operations.
Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess success, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business, or a related field.
