Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Manager to plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events that align with our organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
• Event Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies, including concept creation, logistics planning, and on-site coordination.
• Manage events from conception to completion, ensuring they run smoothly and within budget.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare, track, and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure favorable terms.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand event objectives and deliver on expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related communications.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, materials, and campaigns for events.
• On-Site Event Management:
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Ensure a seamless experience for attendees and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Post-Event Evaluation:
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present event reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience:
• Proven track record of managing successful events (2-5+ years of experience preferred).
• Experience with virtual or hybrid events is a plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Budget management and negotiation expertise.
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency in event management software (Tripleseat Preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Certifications: Certification in Event Management (CEM), Project Management (PMP), or related credentials is a plus.
