About The Role:

The Events Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from ideation and budgeting to logistics and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, timelines, and project workflows.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for a diverse range of events, including product launches, client community events, MICE events, and other corporate or brand-driven experiences.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, venues, speakers, and partners to ensure all elements of the event are aligned and executed seamlessly.
• Engage with guests and stakeholders to build strong relationships, elevate event experiences, and implement community-building initiatives that promote meaningful participation
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Handle on-site event management, setup, guest registration, technical support, troubleshooting, and teardown.
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports, including ROI analysis and participant feedback.
• Keep abreast of event industry trends, tools, and innovations to continuously improve event strategy and engagement.
