We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through the strategic planning and execution of events. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales, event management, or a related role within the advertising or marketing industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as required.
