The Project Manager is responsible for creating and implementing marketing experiences that immerse and engage current and potential customers. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating experiential marketing events, activations, and partnerships in a way that improves brand awareness and generates quantifiable incremental business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop trade show and event plans based on historical data and trends from other high-performing companies
• Ensure that each event is executed with branding and coordination with 3rd party vendors
• Analyze best practices and industry trends of other high-performing companies for insights and recommendations on continuous improvement
• Collect and analyze event performance, ROI, and customer feedback to optimize future campaigns and improve results.
• Manage the experiential marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Use digital platforms and social media to extend the reach and impact of campaigns
• Identify potential partners and sponsors for collaborative marketing initiatives and co-branded experiences
• Prepare and present regular reports on experiential marketing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Experience in marketing or event management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends
• Travel up to 15% of the time is required
