Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate AV-events, conferencing, and special events. They should be passionate about audio, video, lighting, and rigging, and enjoy being part of a team delivering events. The successful applicant will have led teams in their current or previous roles and possess the following skills:

Great understanding of audio, vision, and lighting (or two out of three)
Solid experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio, vision, and lighting
Experience leading small to medium-sized teams
Organized, detail-oriented, passionate, and customer-focused individual
Unrestricted driver's license
Rigging/dogging certifications and experience in planning, logistics, and project management are highly desirable
