As an Casual Events Waiter at Firmdale Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience at our events.

This is a casual contract working Ad Hoc hours as available.

Responsibilities:
• Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Making personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
• Processing payments quickly and accurately
• Addressing guest requests and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised service area

What you Need:
• A team player with a keen willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
• Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• A passion for detail and ensuring the highest standards are met
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
