Job Overview
:
Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping
• Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and follow process to streamline
Principle *Visitors Management
Accountability (Skills
• International & Local Travel Arrangements
Required)
Arranging hotel and dining activities as needed.
• Canteen Management
• Reports of monthly maintenance
• Invoice raising and documentation
• Facility and compliance management
• Vendor Management
• Office rental payment, office maintenance payments handling
• Electricity, water,etc.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Keep updated records and files (Materials in and out)
• Monitor office expenses and costs
• Assets tracking and Movement
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, Scanners etc.)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Maintaining the office stationery and tracking
• Attendance Tracking
