**Job Title:** Executive Administrator
This part-time role offers 25 hours of work per week, providing governance and confidential administrative support to a Board and its Sub-Committees.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute all Board-related papers
Taking minutes and following up on required actions
Identify and implement improvements to the Board's governance processes
Manage diaries and emails
Logistics for meetings and events
Proofread documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in governance and Board support
Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Word and familiarity with specialized Board software
Operational skills, including time management and high-quality delivery
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent writing skills
