your role
Responsibilities
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Senior Director. This newly created role is designed to grow in responsibility over time. Your key responsibilities include:
Overseeing diary and inbox management, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders, consultants, and external partners.
Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Coordinating and organising internal meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Supporting on non-technical property-related tasks.
Assisting with document management, ensuring records and files are organised and up to date.
Collaborating with the leadership team on administrative and project-based initiatives.

The Following Skills And Experience Are Highly Advantageous
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant in a property-related role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
