An unrivalled opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant with at least 4-5 years experience in a fast-paced VC, Investments or similar environment (essential) who is looking to join a dynamic, modern and expanding environment.
Joining this leading International Venture Capital firm in start-up mode in Central London, created to expand the organisations reach in Europe, you will support an SVP/Head of Department and his team with extensive diary management, national and international travel arrangements including visas, accommodation and transport links, meeting scheduling, gatekeeping, meeting & greeting guests, updating salesforce on all activity, expenses management and more. Linking with your team in the US daily you will be flexible to work across time zones as needed.

In addition to the relevant experience you will be tech savvy (MS Office) and have exceptional communication skills. Experience of Salesforce is highly preferred. Graduate calibre much preferred, EA experience is essential (4-5+ years), used to working in a high-pressure dynamic VC, Investments etc. environment is paramount. You will have a can-do attitude, genuinely no task is too small mentality to be successful and equally capable to work at pace with exceptional attention to detail. A good sense of humour and personable nature will suit the culture!
They are based from the office approx. 4 days a week with 1 day WFH with flexible/more relaxed hybrid working during their quieter periods in the Summer and Christmas. The package will include a highly competitive basic, bonus and benefits to include pension and top private healthcare.
