About the Role

Reporting to the President of Breadner Trailers, our Executive Assistant is a clerical professional who provides high-level administrative support to the executives of Breadner Trailer Sales while managing the day-to-day operations of the President.

Role Responsibilities

Support to the President:

Manage the President’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-up materials for executive meeting
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence; respond or redirect as appropriate
Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and confidential documents
Support to Executive Team:

Provide administrative support to other executives (e.g., VP of Operations, CFO, VP of Sales & Director of HR) such as assisting with presentations or coordinating travel as required
Maintain open lines of communication between The President and the executive team
Assist with CRM maintenance as required
Administrative & Office Coordination:

Maintain filing systems, databases, and records with a high level of confidentiality
Support HR or operational initiatives as delegated by the President
Maintain office supply & lunchroom inventories
Ensure office services (phone lines, IT support etc.) are properly maintained
What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives
Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with calendar and project management tools a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
Previous experience using a CRM like Salesforce is an asset
