Director Purpose:
To provide highly confidential, comprehensive and effective support and personal assistance to the Director.
This will cover the full range of administrative and personal assistant functions including assisting with research and the preparation of letters, reports, policies and other communication papers to support the Director in fulfilling their role as effectively and efficiently as possible.
The post holder will:
• Undertake a wide range of tasks and assignments requiring considerable use of judgment, personal initiative and discretion.
• Will be highly organized and have a methodical approach to workload.
• Act as a link between the Director, the Board of Directors members of the SE who report directly to the Director and other colleagues as necessary.
• To make constructive recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
• Work closely on a day to day basis with the EA to Director to ensure the right level of support is available for both the Director and CFO
• Liaise with other SE PA's within the organization

• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
• Proven successful PA experience at Director and / or DIRECTOR level (including decision-making).
• Proven administration skills including accurate typing skills, document management and telephone skills. Minute taking at formal meetings, preparation of minutes with action points and distribution.
• Highly computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Effective diary management Organized and methodical approach to workload
