Are you a highly motivated and curious individual excited about jumpstarting your career with exceptional opportunity? We are seeking an Executive Assistant Intern to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Hybrid Work

Employment Type: Full time

Working hours : 3 PM to 1 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Assist with special projects and conduct research as required
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Prepare and maintain confidential documents and records
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes
• Manage office supplies and maintain office equipment
• Provide administrative support to other members of the team as required

Required Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
• Curious to learn and explore new technology
• Familiarity with US culture and business practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Open for flexible working hours
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
