Executive Assistant

Family office looking for suitable candidate for an admin role. Individual will be the third full-time employee in the organization, working directly under two managing partners. Candidate must display flexibility with tasks in the workplace and display curiosity + ability to learn on the job.

Responsibilities
• Scheduling: support with regards to meetings, appointments, handling office phone line
• Travel logistics: booking & coordination of flights, cars, hotels
• Accounts support: online banking, coordination with CA, government forms completion
• Miscellaneous admin tasks: payment of office bills, working with vendors for office supplies, coordinating office bills, communication with custodial staff/building landlord

Qualifications
• Candidates of any degree can apply, as long as they have one
• Work experience of 3-5 yrs experience in admin/accounts/ EA role
• Preference for individuals who have worked in small companies (including startups), used to wearing multiple hats
• Needs to have basic profficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good verbal & written communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu - all three)
• Salary range: 30-50k per month
• We are only considering candidates based in Hyderabad
