What You’ll Do

Senior executive administrators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their organization. They commonly act as a liaison between upper management and lower level employees, ensuring that everyone is working toward the same goals.

Senior executive administrators may also be tasked with developing new policies or procedures to improve efficiency or effectiveness. This might include updating technology systems, creating training programs, or implementing other changes to help the company run more smoothly.
• Providing administrative support such as managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements for senior executives
• Reviewing reports from junior staff members to ensure that they are accurate, well-written, and up-to-date
• Supporting senior executives by organizing meetings, keeping track of schedules, taking notes during discussions, and preparing follow-up materials for further discussion or action
• Managing the flow of paperwork across an organization by ensuring that internal processes are followed consistently
• Coordinating events such as conferences, trade shows, seminars, or workshops to promote products or services of an organization
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget specifications
• Screening and interviewing candidates for positions within an organization to ensure that they are qualified for the job
• Preparing presentations such as charts, graphs, and other visual aids to support arguments being made by senior executives
• Reviewing employee performance appraisals to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with company standards
