Job Description :
We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management team in Chandigarh. If you have 1-2 years of experience and can join immediately, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage Calendar : Schedule meetings, appointments, and organize travel arrangements.
• Handle Communications : Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Support Projects : Assist in tracking progress on projects like store openings and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare for Meetings : Create agendas, gather documents, and take meeting minutes.
• Assist Operations : Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory, and liaise with franchisees.
• Organize Travel : Book flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare Reports : Create reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Plan Events : Help organize company events and promotional activities.
• Solve Problems : Quickly resolve any administrative issues that arise.
• Maintain Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with care.
What We’re Looking For :
• 1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Ready to join immediately.
