OUR CULTURE

Our principles (what drives our community)

Get Real - We’re a low-ego community promoting a psychologically safe space where
people can be themselves and focus on real solutions for real challenges.
Give Forward - We encourage giving more than asked and paying it forward to those less advantaged as stewards, not owners of our resources.
Go Large - In every action we seek ways to create value at scale across channels to tenfold your impact on your people, business and the planet, for this generation and the next.

Our values (what guides our team behaviour)

Lead with love - We always assume the best of others, offer trust before it is earned, give generously without expectation of return, strive for elegant solutions where all parties prosper, honour each other by speaking the truth, listen with compassion and curiosity, and own our emotional impact on others.
We before me - When making decisions we consider the Abundium team and community first, followed by ourselves. We also know that 'all of us are smarter than anyone of us' so problem-solving and innovation happen best when we involve and embrace the collective intelligence of the community. We believe you are because we are!
Flex for success - We know autonomy is central to human motivation and performance. You have the flexibility to determine how, when and where you work, aligning your bio- psycho-social needs with the aspirations of team and the Abundium community.
