Executive Assistant |+|12 Months Contract|

The role:



We’re seeking a skilled Executive Assistant, with experience in the financial services industry, to provide crucial support to our Group Executives in Operations, Distribution, and Product & Pricing. Initially the role will be for + months, with a possibility of extension.



In this dynamic role, you'll handle a variety of projects including event planning, diary management, travel organisation, preparation of information packs, and organizing and attending company-wide townhalls. Additionally, you'll play a key role in supporting our broader administrative teams.



This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and enjoys working with diverse personalities. As a smaller ASX-listed company, ClearView offers a unique opportunity for exposure to a wide range of activities, ensuring that no two days are the same. Enjoy a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.



Ideally, you'll have experience in the financial services industry with prior experience supporting multiple executives, or comfortable wearing different hats.
